FIRST-TIME buyers depressed by the credit crunch could have a spring in their step this weekend thanks to a new scheme in West Drayton.

Developers St. George West London, who own the modern Parkwest complex in Porter's Way, are launching their MyChoice Homebuy scheme specifically for first-time buyers and key workers this weekend.

The days will run on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th October from 10am-6pm and those interested are urged to go along as availability will be limited.

Ian Dobie, Managing Director at St George West London said: "We are delighted to be able to launch this exciting new initiative which allows first-time buyers and key workers in London the opportunity to buy a contemporary and stylish property at Parkwest and enjoy all of the benefits that come with a St George home.

"It is no secret that first time buyers face an uphill struggle these days to get on to the property ladder, and initiatives like this make the situation much easier for them.

"In addition to owning their first property, residents will also be able benefit from all of the on site facilities"
Thanks to the scheme househunters could own 100% of a property while paying as little as £95,000.
