No clues in search for missing man

Posted by Chris Longhurst on Feb 20, 09 09:05 AM in

A MAN who failed to return to work in Uxbridge after a holiday is still listed as missing.

Nigel Griffiths, 43, is known to stay in the West Drayton area regularly and has not been seen for over a week.

He was due to return to work last Thursday at Bureau Veritas, in Longbridge Way, Uxbridge, but did not, and his white van was discovered by police in the borough over the weekend.

The Metropolitan Police Service confirmed today (Friday) at 8.30am that his whereabouts are still unknown and are appealing for anyone who has seen him to come forward.

Anyone with any information should call Uxbridge CID on 0208 246 1537 or call Missing People on 0500 700 700.

If you know Mr Griffiths call the newsdesk on 01895 451030 or e-mail dancoombs@trinitysouth.co.uk

We'd like to hear from you.

im an ex girlfriend of nigel griffiths, the last time i saw him was the 6th feb 2009,he left my flat at approx half past 7 in the evening, and i was under the understanding he was making his way to bristol, as he had been given a transfer there with bureau veritas. ive since found out that he didnt make it to bristol, and has made no attempt to contact any of his friends or family. i really hope that nigel is ok, and that hes found safe and well.
