Councillors to discuss former NATS site

Posted by Dan Coombs on Sep 22, 09 08:49 AM in Local Authority

THE future of the former National Air Traffic Control Site will move a step closer to being decided this Thursday.

Councillors are due to discuss the responses to the initial consultation laid out for the Porter's Way site in West Drayton.

The plans involved a community of houses being built along with a health centre and open space, and exhibitions have been taking place over the past couple of months.

The majority of responses to the application are believed to be favourable, although questions have been raised about the affect the plans would have on the nearby roads, particularly nearby Rutter's Close.

We'd like to hear from you.
