Another accident at Cherry Lane roundabout
A WOMAN was rushed to hospital after an accident at Cherry Lane Roundabout this morning.
The accident took place at 6am and involved a collision between two vehicles.
The woman was taken by paramedics to Hillingdon Hospital, in Pield Heath Road, where she is recovering.
Her injuries are not believed to be of a serious nature.
Hayes Fire Station also attended the crash. Three fire engines and about 14 fire fighters.
Glen Corrigan, watch manager, said: "They were fairly lucky because they had an ambulance that was following them. They were just coming across the traffic lights when the accident happened."
The roundabout has recently been the subject of spotlight from the Gazette after a six vehicle pile up last month, and Transport for London have pledged to spend £300,000 on safety improvements for it.

Shame that because of some peoples inability to drive we all have to suffer. This is one of the few big roundabouts that works well.
