A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of a man charged with several thefts who failed to attend court.

Louie Buckingham, 19, of Primrose Drive, West Drayton, was due to appear at Uxbridge Magistrate's on both Monday and Tuesday.

He is charged with stealing guitars from ProMusic International, in Swakeleys Road, Ickenham, worth an estimated £3,680 last October.

He is also charged with stealing a £200 hard drive from IT shop Totally Techy, in Uxbridge High Street in November.

Buckingham is also accused of stealing Blue Ray DVD's from Blockbusters in Ruislip High Street in December worth £140.

There is also one further charge of stealing personal possessions from a shopper in Uxbridge.

He has already indicated guilty pleas to the ProMusic International and Totally Techy thefts, and he was set to be sentenced this week after his last court appearance in January was adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

A warrant is now out for his arrest following his non-appearance and another court date will be arranged following his capture.
