What would rather have? Someone trying to make a living, whilst investing in the community and attempting to improve the high street, or an empty shop unit , with the shutters down while you walk past on a Saturday whilst you're shopping?? I think that this High Street needs as much effort as possible.

Rather have an empty shop with shutters down while walking past shopping than YET ANOTHER TAKE AWAY!! ANOTHER TAKE AWAI IS NOT ATTEMPTING TO IMPROVE the high street at all, far from it
