HOMEOWNERS in West Drayton are among those most likely to make a burglary insurance claim, according to research.
Based on more than three million quotes given through the comparison website MoneySupermarket.com, figures show that people living in the UB7 postal districts - West Drayton, Harmondsworth, Sipson, Yiewsley and Longford - made the 12th highest average number of claims for thefts and break-ins in the UK. This was 26.4 for every 1,000 enquiries.
The study analysed claims made in the year to the end of November 2011.
Stoke Newington, in north-east London, topped the charts with 33.6 claims, and six areas in the capital come in the top 20.
