ALL three emergency services are attending a serious accident at Stockley Park.
An air ambulance arrived at the scene, as well as several police vehicles and the Fire Brigade.
Three people, including an 11 year old boy, have been taken to hospital with injuries.
Three ambulances attended the crash, which took place at 3pm.
The 11 year old boy was taken to Hillingdon Hospital as a priority by road.
Another patient, a 25 year old man, was taken by road to St George's Hospital with neck and back pain, while a man in his 20s was taken by air to the Royal London Hospital.
The car involved was a silver Vauxhall Astra, and it is believed to have been involved in a collision with a lamppost. It is unclear at this stage whether any other vehicles are involved.
Both sides of the roads have been closed and buses have been diverted, and there is a major traffic build up close to the M4 as rush hour approaches.
Entrance in and out of the business park which lies between Uxbridge, West Drayton and Heathrow is also believed to be limited.

TRAFFIC lights failed at Harmondsworth Road yesterday.
The lights stopped working for several hours at the junction with Sipson Road.
Drivers were advised to approach with care.
Lights also failed at Trout Road, Yiewsley.

A PUB in West Drayton has applied to become a lapdancing bar.
The De Burgh Arms, in Station Road, West Drayton has submitted the application which must be considered by Hillingdon Council's licensing committee.
The application is asking for a license consisting of 'lap dancing, table dancing, pole dancing and will contain nudity and striptease.'
The lapdancing would be held seven nights a week, from 10am to midnight from Sundays to Wednesdays, and until 1am from Thursdays to Saturdays.
Anybody objecting to the proposals has until 30 December to make their representations in writing to Hillingdon Council.
DRIVERS are being warned of the dangers of alcohol over the Christmas period in an initiative to prevent road deaths.

YOUNG people across Hillingdon are being encouraged to make the most of this half term and get involved in a whole range of youth activities.
Hillingdon Council's Point youth bus will be offering a free half term programme for 11-19 year olds with activities to suit everyone, including basketball, football, cheerleading workshops, DJ skills and urban art.
The bus will be located in Mandarin Way, Hayes, UB4 9TU from 11am-4pm for the duration of half term.
This is in addition to all of the activities that will be held in the borough's four youth centres in Ruislip, West Drayton, Uxbridge and Harlington.
The youth centres have loads of facilities including music studios, internet cafes, dance studios, computer consoles, table tennis and pool.
Tom Murphy, head of Youth and Connexions said: "There is no need for young people to be bored this half term when there is so much on offer in Hillingdon.
"I would encourage all young people to find out what is going on in their local area and get involved in these activities, meet new people and most importantly have fun."

Emily Morris, of Islington, north London, was one of 200 passengers on the Oxford bound train travelling through West Drayton station on Sunday, when shortly after noon the train caught fire.
